My daughter has a son with Down syndrome. She was told about some pants that help keep their hips together better. He is 16 months old. He is just starting to learn to sit up, but he is doing it by doing the splits instead of sideways. Her therapist said she thought there were some pants that were made out of spandex and sewed a little different to keep their hips together better. Have you ever heard of anything like this?
Helen wore them when she was a baby. The kind she had were biker shorts, the legs had been sewn together. I can't remember if I ordered them online or over the phone. I can get in touch with her old therapist and see if she still has the information.
